Some good people still work here but most of them have left now.

Cons

Management are reactive not proactive. You will only progress if you brown nose management. The SMT is a shambles and the MD is somethings else, the only thing he has done is make the head office environment toxic. Hence this is the reason they never released the results from best companies survey as they have gone backwards as a business.
