      Some people on the top management expend their live making miserable the job on the people that actually do the work.

      Challenging and fast paced organisation. People are empowered and made responsible for their actions on job. Good learning ground and opportunities for people to grow within the organisation.

      Cons

      The company has made human resources redundant due to rigid policies and framework. Innovation at the ground level is fast depleting, which in my view is detrimental to the organisation growth.
