Workload is more just like any other company but holiday and leaves are their on time that in only beneficial

Cons

Salary structure is very poor, long term engineers are not provided with any increment or promotion, external resources are hired and paid well for doing same job.

Great team and pay, but constant restructuring issues

Pros

Loved the team, pay was acceptable, and the big name helped when acquiring new accounts. With such a large install base of proprietary equipment it made the service selling so much easier.

Cons

company restructures every three months and is so big that anything outside of the HVAC was not readily know by internal staff. had to figure out what went into a new business projection on my own over the course of 3 months.
