Pros

Benefits are decent. Gain valuable insights into the IT world. Hard work prepares you for the future.

Cons

I've been in the business for 15 years and never encountered such a corrupt goup of people and environment. "It's the people "is the most hypocritical slogan out there. It's about who you know and how much you're willing to brown nose to get "accepted". There are those that can get away with pretending to work while others work like donkeys and still get beat up. Don't be too talented or the "group management team" will quickly find a way to get you from your cube to HR; end result? Fired or laid-off. Vendors also get the short end of the stick. Are frequently asked to invest ridiculous amounts of money into "programs" that no one ever sees through and that don't produce true ROI. Politics here are dirtier than Washington.

Pros

Initial CTC is good. good for freshers.

Cons

Pathetic Leaders, you will get hike if you lick your manager, work is not appreciated, Indian teams does not work professionally with teams based out of US and UK, if you come even 1 min after 9.30 and leave 1 min before 5.30 then it will be marked as half day absent by the system, employee satisfaction is least bothered, inter-team movement is not promoted, wants you to stick to one particular technology, no cab/ bus services, no cafeteria ( Vendor brings food for 60-70 people, no onsite.

Pros

exactly no pros at all

Cons

biggest problem here is corruption & trust, here you learn how not to trust anyone in corporate world, human resource team change benefits structure within few months they hire a person, managers show great loyalty and enthusiasm towards their company at the time of interview and later on ask for gifts (exactly as Government officers do). its always demotivating to see same people getting increments, promotions, gifts (just because the person is working 24x7 as housemaid/driver for managers family). Most of the decision makers doesn't even know people beyond regional managers, so its really very important to keep your bosses happy by any means if you want to grow in this company
