      Pros

      Intensive fresher training, rapid career growth, onsite opportunities, fair treatment, lack of politics, awards and recognition, opportunity for improvement if you lack in some areas, challaning opportunities.

      Cons

      workaholic community, prefers quantity of employees not quality, lower pay compared to MNCs, one will lose interest in technology since project managment takes precedence as he grows in job ladder rapidly

      Pros

      Great oportunities to work. Could work in different areas of expertise. Challenging projects ahead.

      Cons

      The HR department is not quite on par with the company. The benefits does not equal to the benefits of the other national and international companies established here. The management positions are almost all Indian nationals and they don't have the proper abilities to manage.

      Excellent work environment, strong senior management, strong values and ethics. Provides opportunities for growth, effective training and enablement of resources.

      Cons

      Skewed performance reward system, non-competitive compensation policies, no exception processes, authority not comensurate with responsibility, lack of career growth definition.
