      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn and improve your hard/soft skills if you are at the start of your career as a student.

      Cons

      There is simply no room to grow within the company due to budget cuts and headcount freezes. If you are an intern or a working student, I recommend you learn what you can and move on as fast as possible; otherwise, you are going to get used and simply thrown away, ready to be replaced by another student.
