Pros

Nothing besides free snacks and drinks.

Cons

1) Management does not give a damn about you. You either meet the call quotas or get yelled/threatened at like your garbage. All you are is a paid employee that they use as a human cold-caller to advertise their job search functions. 2) All you do all day is annoy businesses on the phone. Most of the time your generating your own leads as well because there is basically no leads given out to the Account Executives, so its impossible to meet the quota of 60 calls a day. 3) Just don't work here. Trust me. You didn't get a Bachelor's to make pointless calls all day and be treated like garbage. Don't trust the positive reviews for Account Executives. I personally know that they are mostly fabricated to bring in a steady flow of recent graduates to replace the ones that turnover almost constantly.

Pros

Good Culture - After work drinks and lunches. Knowledgable managers who are approachable. Money. Training in Connecticut. Career Plan - there is a career plan structure in place. Work hard and you can move up.

Cons

Micromanagement - a lot of it. Quality of work - Certain markets should not have whole teams devoted to them. Management should do some market research and apply varied targets across different teams rather than blanket targets which see certain teams excel and while others crumble, not due to their selling capability but the market in which they are confined to. KPI's - 60 calls a day is not achievable - the time people waste trying to get to this number takes away from quality work they could be doing. It also seriously crushes employees morale - sort it out or people will leave. Training - The training, albeit in Connecticut, is poor. It is done by people who have never sold anything before. The training should focus more on selling points of the product and have practical interactive tasks rather than 5 days of tedious lectures.

Pros

Innovation Lab's is like the Bell Labs or Skunk Works of Indeed. We have the freedom to explore new ideas, funneling creativity into real live tested products. Indeed's prides itself in being extremely data driven and investing in employee growth. Innovation Lab's takes Indeed's core strengths further with moonshot projects. The mission of these moonshots is to grow Indeed's impact, validate the feasibility of these ideas, and leverage Indeed's assets along the way. I feel like I'm able to make a big impact and my contributions are appreciated. This group would be ideal for strong Django/full stack/start-up minded engineers and developers.

Cons

The free breakfast and lunches are extremely healthy. Quinoa, flaxseed, kale, raspberries, etc. These options are great, but sometimes.. you just want a slice of pizza.
