      Very smart people; laser focused; Very process oriented; Transparency like no other company! They know what they are doing in their business and eat their own dog food.

      Cons

      Tough to not work endless hours (partially because it is an engaging place). Consider whether you can "double down" Mon-Fri to ensure your success here.
