Pros

Loved my co workers, work place was really accommodating to my schedule and needs, most of my bosses were really great people.

Cons

You do generally never get out at your scheduled time and if you try and leave on time they get annoyed, they also expect you to get a certain amount of people to sign up for there card which honestly gives you really nothing. Nobody wants it pushed on them and it creates a bad experience for the customer when you do.

Pros

Not really any - minimum wage paychecks.

Cons

They only let females work at the cash. Males have to work in the warehouse or in rugs.

Pros

The store has been created as a concept store. Large box store with furniture and big ticket items being the focus for the US market. Nice products and much customer service needed. Much more than any other TJX store. Benefits for full time employees.

Cons

It is retail. A pig is still a pig, even with a bow on it. Constantly shifting hours, no consistence, very difficult for work life balance. When store first opened fully staffed with full time and part time associates. As the store matured, the hours for part timers seemed to evaporate. Full time associates responsible for everything and every job, pulled in every direction. The part time associates were not getting scheduled so many found new jobs or called out, not giving notice. Moral suffers. People leave right and left, management as well. No direction for employees remaining just a pat on the back and a blank statement that things will improve.
