Pros

Great customers, clean store, parking, good selection of merchandise, busy place, incentives like the joy board, having draws and incentives for LP.

Cons

Terrible pay for minimum wage. They work us like dogs. The supervisors of each dept. leave all the hard work up to the part time employees. Make you lift things that should be carted out to save on your back. Don't really listen to what you enjoy doing it's what they want you to do. Ignore requests to change areas. Dress code is not very tight. Wearing leggings and jean jackets should be removed. 10% discount sucks, staff doesn't have own washroom and the air conditioning doesn't work

Horrible staff management too much gossip toxic environment Less staff working everytime make associates lift heavy rugs, had so many girls get hurt during work
