Great opportunity for advancement. Clean workplace. Will listen to new ideas. Willing to help with acquiring further education and certifications in IT. Great balance between work and life. Benefits and compensation are also great.

Cons

Highly political. Words spoken by anyone will be taken literal, even if only a joke. People are known to be "two-faced backstabbers". Be mindful of what you say or do, and be ready to walk on egg shells here.
