We are dedicated to quality work, on time delivery and cost excellent work environment. The benefits are awesome and the people there are like family.

Cons

There could be a little more organization of the way things are run there's Alot of turn over overtime is mandatory so for some people that is not where they want to be.

Great group of people on the production floor. Lots of opportunities for advancement. Salaried positions pay very well.

Cons

To much of a disconnect between the production floor and the upper management in the office. Too many huge schedule changes to the production floor.
