Pros

There is ample growth at the facility. New manufacturing lines coming online. Apprenticeship programs in Maintenance and Engineering paying for college. Engineering allowed to create new machines. We are putting in lean manufacturing concepts and learning from each other.

Cons

There are some people that are rmaking things difficult for everyone working to make those improvements. Some of them have left and looks like they have put negative comments. (I don't plan on leaving and not sure why they say everyone is, as I group I speak too are not thinking that.) With the amount of changes needed it can be stressfull, but I have been able to learn a large amount in relatively short time
