- It's a job - I get paid

Cons

- Constant changing requirements for invoicing and progress - Elitist attitude from upper management - Few if any pats on the back for doing anything right - Struggling for pay raises - Staff meetings are ineffective and a waste of time - Training is incomplete and unorganized.
