Fluor has shown a willingness to support career interests outside of your immediate roll. They have given me exposure to other project aspects that I showed curiosity for.

Cons

My immediate manager has had multiple complaints against them. Upper management does not address the teams concerns. Fluor asks for loyalty but has shown little loyalty to employees. Management does not do a good job making us feel like a part of Fluor. We are on an island of a project and it feels that way.
