Learning is an integral part of a phoenix employee's diary. Continuous development and exposure to all cycles of development makes the employee feel confident and increases grip on one's subject. Using the latest technology in the business is always a good thing for an enthusiast.

Cons

The firm is in a growing phase which allows the change of cultures time to time which boosts the employee but will also create a misconception on its strategic planning and go to market phases which is not a case here in this place...this coming out from me who actually inquired about this.

Been part of good team for almost more then 1 year. In terms of development, gone through each phase of software development life cycle (Not sticking to one part of the development). Learned and implemented some of the good technologies in the It sector (Good add-on to my career).

Cons

The usual misconception regarding the lack of strategic planning in some firms is not the case with phoenix It solutions.
