      Pros

      Good coworker environment, close/horizontal relationship with direct leads. Nice/Comfy offices, usual basic perks.

      Cons

      GM seek to replace humans with AI. Very repetitive tasks, micromanagement all of the time its a call center so you have to clock for every task. You are reduced to a number.
