Easy job with not much to worry about.
Cons
Performance is electronically tracked and far off from what you actually are achieving. This skewed data is what your raises are based off. Any kind of health or mental issues are taken as incompetence or non compliance and punishment will make it pointless in staying around. If you have any kind of experience in management it doesn't matter, they rather hire from outside or people that they don't see as a "problem".
