      I wish there were any.

      Cons

      Extremely high staff turnover in the last 6 months - 60 people have left, there is no work life balance. - The senior management is pathetic, the north head sucks and doesn't do anything at all. - Most of the senior management is just sitting and enjoying there tenure like a govt company - There are a lot of bootlickers in the company who doesn't work and only focus on politics.

We have taken into account employee feedback and communicated a strategy to grow and improve as an organisation, this may mean more changes to come, but it is to continuously improve employee experience and how we operate globally.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
