      I learnt a lot from TMF Group - good and bad. It is an ambitious and growing global company and attracts similarly proactive and driven people.

      Cons

      The competitive and aggressive nature of the business is not for everyone. It pushes people hard and it can feel pretty unrelenting. They don’t accept weakness or failure. That’s not necessarily a bad thing but do it for a few years, learn what you need to, then find a business with a bit more humanity ...

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
