9yWe very much agree that TMF Group is a people business whilst also recognising we can always do more. We are investing very heavily into ‘levelling up’ our HR function and have made some major progress, and key appointments, in key areas such as reward and recognition, training, values and performance management. We expect to see this reflected in future employee engagement surveys.
