      The company is very generous with their benefits with 3 dependents and insurance and certification bonus. Also has a very caring and non-discriminating environment.

      Cons

      For some, night shift is a con, but me this is perfect.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
