Pros
From the first contact with the company, I was really satisfied how the recruitment was handeled. It was quick, I was contacted often and knew what is happening with the recruitment process at all times and I was given all the info neccessary. After I was hired, I got the onboarding plan, which was the most detailed plan I have ever experienced, I had all the info where I will be, what will I learn and who will I meet. And it was all very clear and made step by step so I didn`t feel stress at all. Also, all of my colleagues were very helpful so I managed to catch up things very quickly. Also, other pros are flexible working hours, short Friday, fruits and coffee in the office, work from home days, colleagues from all over the Europe...
Cons
There are some older procedures and processes from the past, but STRABAG is working on it at the moment.
