      Pros

      their attitude towards employees well-being is great, they have an on-site gym and a good occupational health department. the staff are very friendly and the onsite coffee shop is an added bonus

      Cons

      the culture seems to be a bit stagnant - only those within the "inner circle" get promoted. they reward poor performance by promoting people out of the role, instead of dealing with the situation. the progression structure seems to be subjective and there is a lack of motivation when you are all painted with the same brush - despite performing better or worse than your peers.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
