Pros

Love the merchandise and the customers. My fellow employees are great and we all love working there.

Cons

The management treats employees as if they are disposable. Which, they are I guess because turnover within this company is often. The employees are expected to do much more work than they are able to within the given time frame not to mention the lack of adequate staff means that everyone has to stop what they are doing to do something else. The store manager admitted to me that she's aware that any position less than an ASM is not worth the pay but assured me that "It's worth it if you stick it out". Pay for associates, coordinators, and key carriers is very low for the amount of work and loyalty they expect.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

it is a job if you desperately need one

Cons

management does not keep promises (e.g. I was promised $2 higher pay upon accepting the position and later was told it wasn't feasible anymore once starting. I was also promised a specific day off then last minute had it revoked because they decided to make it a mandatory day). management does not listen to or care about its employees, very unprofessional. store managers don't want to do anything to help, they just sit in the office. management let other employees slack off and do nothing and expected others to compensate for their lack of effort general manager was horribly rude and misogynistic. he threw a box at someone while visiting.
