      Pros

      Big company benefits, modest salaries, good hse,good communication, independence, flexibility was excellent,good training,opportunity to plan own workday,good line management.

      Cons

      Company as adopted an oppressive bullying stance on working patterns as no interest in employees input appears that previous high success rate and goodwill is not needed should try working in rural areas in darkness this is DANGEROUS!!!

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
