Pros
The firm has a great culture to it. You truly get the sense that you are part of something much larger, 2000+ people, but working in a smaller office 100+ you have a great family/friend vibe. I've been with the firm for more than 4 years and can say that I have seen changes over the years. Staff are valued, and encouraged to ask questions. New technology is really being pushed to the front as well. Education programs to build up your skill sets. Lots to offer, if you are willing to take advantage of it.
Cons
Yes there are corporate politics that need to be dealt with. There is a strict structure for promotions, which can be hard to swallow, but if you look at it from a bigger picture, it makes sense.
