Pros
Things were manageable before the recent changes, despite some existing issues. However, since the changes were implemented, the situation has rapidly deteriorated, and the organisation now feels like a sinking ship with no clear direction or stability. The changes made have destroyed the company.
Cons
This company is incredibly unreliable, frequently shifting expectations and making promises they never fulfill. Some managers lack even basic management skills, relying on intimidation and bullying to keep control. Don’t expect to earn commissions—they often find ways to reduce or withhold them. Salaries are far below market standards, yet they continue to demand more without offering additional pay. With a hiring freeze in place, current employees are left to juggle workloads meant for multiple people, with no financial recognition for their increased responsibilities. They’ll agree to a pay raise when your role changes, but when it’s time to deliver, it never happens. Instead, they expect you to handle significantly more work without the promised compensation. When you voice frustration, they just say they’ll “look into it”—but even after a year, you’re met with more empty promises. Some employees operate with a “not my job” attitude, showing little initiative, while others end up picking up the slack. There’s zero opportunity for progression, and favoritism is rampant, often benefiting those who contribute the least. Office politics run wild, leaving the company chaotic and unprofessional. Despite all these changes, hard-working employees receive little recognition or reward for their efforts, only broken promises. So many people have left due to the ongoing poor communication and the incompetence of those in leadership roles.
