Once you start at Arcadis you will be forced to aim to hit a very high billability utilization and opportunities to work on interesting work must be taken on in addition to your standard role. The fully remote work can seem attractive but there is a culture of always being online so instead of the time used commuting pre-covid it will be spent online late into the evening. PTO also isn't great and you start at 0 days and build from that.
