      Amazing compesation. There are amazing leaders that care about the work and the people and really are what is right with this World.

      Cons

      There are more terrible than there are great ones. They take no accountability, blame whoever they can, and are highly insensitive.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
