      Pros

      are very flexible compassionate and in some areas the management is great. They are very understanding where illness crops up and requires hospital intervention and they work well and recognise the unions. theres also a good pathway for promotion and encouragement and you are valued

      some management do not listen and try and overturn sensible decisions

      Interesting work and at a time was a fun place to be with potential for a real career growth

      Cons

      Parent company's troubles affected ECRNA decision making ability. Most promotions seemed political rather than merit based. Senior management ECRNA from CEO and down seemed to just dance to their German masters' tune than having any plan or vision of their own

      Pros

      On the whole really good experience. The benefits are good through My Choice where you can get cheaper gym memberships and insurances and cheaper cinema tickets as well a decent pension scheme. Good chances of progression also and easy to change department if you find yourself stuck in a rut.

      Cons

      System issues let the staff down so sometimes restricted by the tools they have. Genuinely care about customers, certainly on the customer service levels.
