      Bullies, under handed, poor management, stay away!

      Pros

      Sick pay (3months full pay) but then they wonder why people take the mick! Free parking, the annual flexible benefits are good.

      Cons

      Where do I start.... The managers, under qualified - poor, very poor. The higher they get the more they stick together. Their hiring practices especially in SME at Phoenix Park are unfair, under handed and go against everything set out by HR. The management team (section managers upwards) are nothing but a bunch of bullies who sit in meeting rooms slating their advisors, unprofessional to say the least. A very horrible environment to work in, poisoness!!

      Challenging and driven environment which allows opportunities to demonstrate skills and gain great personal development. Very customer focussed and customer driven company. Lots of opportunities for those who want them and opportunities for anyone to recognise great work. Feel valued and cared about

      Cons

      As it is a busy and challenging environment there is often not enough time to do everything you might want to do or feel should be done to creates success.

      Pros

      a genuine company, something that is hard to find in todays global markets. A company that wants to move forward and set trends that will make it the envy of its competitors. A company that cares about its employees so much it can be nearly to its own detriment.

      Cons

      To slow to capitalise on change, needs to understand better that it is not in competition with other big suppliers but with the small innovators who are prepared to take risks to redefine the relationship with customers, businesses and even it's own industry
