This company has a really good culture. Good people and personalities make for some great friends. People are really welcoming and kind here.

Cons

Growing fast. Be prepared to work hard. Lots of moving pieces and you have to be able to adapt to growing pains. Top heavy, but preparing for growth.

Pros

Great product that is fun to sell and highly demanded. Amazing people to work with and a strong emphasis on company culture. Everyone from senior leadership on down to the newest DocuSign employees collaborate well together to achieve a common goal.

Cons

Onboarding and training of new employees needs improvement. This is crucial for a company that is growing as fast as DocuSign is.

great people, if environment is what you are looking for you will be stretched and establish great relationships both internally and externally with clients

Cons

people cant buy fast enough, the technology of DocuSign is absolutely game changing and it is just a matter of market adoption, DocuSign is inevitable
