Great people - mixed leadership competencies - promising future

Pros

The people at DocuSign are amazingly smart, collaborative and fun. The product is great and will be a standard app in the not too distant future. Innovation is also very good here.

Cons

CEO is inspiring and a hard worker. Most of his direct reports are solid and smart. Sales leadership is immature and lacks sophistication - all the way up to the CRO. Needs an upgrade to keep the company moving forward in the right direction.

Pros

Great product, great strategic vision, internal relationships are fairly good.

Cons

Challenging priduct to sell. Cuatomers don't know how to buy electronic sigbature, so you'll need to quickly figure out how to guide them. Quotas are aggressive and lots of people with success selling other software don't do well here.

Blue Ocean - nothing but opportunity for growth

Cons

a lot of companies are slow to adopt - still viewed as a "nice to have" technology even though it's inevitably a business critical solution.
