Pros

We have so much support in the enterprise segment. The brand of Docusign is huge and always allows you to have your foot in the door. Our ELT also greatly invests in the growth of the sales teams' careers with impactful training from outside consultants. These trainings translate outside of docusign which helps with your own market value. Our benefits are amazing, compensation plans are lucrative and I've never made more money in my life. This is a fun place to work if you have the right attitude!

Cons

Quotas did increase this year which makes the challenge harder but so many people exceeded quota last year that it kind of had to happen. The swimlanes for our GTM market could be better defined and enforced. Sometimes it feels like we just follow our immediate leader and that's the goal for the team. It makes for an inconsistent experience.
