Very good environment. Healthy work culture. Very good and helpful people who want to genuinely help you. Great party culture.

Cons

Language seems an issue at first but people manage with various tools. Some people are not able to adjust to Japanese food. I still liked it.

Good pay. Good benefits/health insurance.Not much else to say about the pros for working for this company.

Cons

The work ethics at this company are horrible. There is no consistency with the way employees are treated when there is a problem. Very poor management in manufacturing. Not sure how they can stay in business.
