DAI reviews

Leadership is mostly terrible. There are a couple few of great people on the DAI leadership team but besides that, leadership makes terrible decisions and is extremely hypocritical. Thought their actions, they demonstrated that they do not care about their employees. DAI also lacks an effective structural organization and its bureaucracy is one of the worst I've seen. They've overlooked a lot of important operational decisions that've negatively impacted implementation. Most importantly, they overlook inappropriate behavior that should be addressed by HR in a more serious manner.

Promotion track isn’t clearly defined. Difficult to get promoted. Poor management. Paid lower than the floor for my position. Continual conversations about DEI but nothing is ever done.
