      Everything is team-dependent. I had a good team, so the work-life balance was good

      Everything is team dependent — pay, growth, work life balance, professionalism, type of projects, etc. I had a good team, so the WLB was good, but I personally found growth opportunities a bit challenging here. If you are early in your career, I’d recommend starting with more aggressive firms first to accelerate your CTC growth, and then transitioning here later ( if you need stability) , since YoY CTC hikes here tend to be in the lower single-digit (%) range.

      Flexible timings for Work from Office and Home.

      Cons

      Full of Office Politics. Individual Targetting and Indirect Harassment of the Employee. Only girls get Hikes and Promotions. Can join if there is no other option . But we should switch from there as soon as possible.
