If you know the right people and can prove yourself, you get great opportunities to work, learn, and grow. Work culture is laid back and chill. Not your typical consulting grind.

Cons

Politics at the mid and senior management level is too toxic and sometimes its distracting from work.

The Company doesn't know meaning of appraisal, literally 0 hikes.. people working 4 years here will still not get 10% hike for all 4 years together here.. hike letter is given only alternative years and that too never touches 5% unless promoted
