Pros

- Loved how the teams were structured to around 4-5 people but still a part of a large global network - Great exposure to various sectors - Provides stability when economies are tough —allows you to work on different sectors if 1 is doing poorly - Many great global perks in company events/extracurricular - Great exposure to understanding marketing strategies for project bids and presentations

Cons

- A lot of overtime is to be expected if working on a team working on non domestic US projects - Many international projects are bids — this equals to much overtime and many projects not being brought into fruition - Too many people in higher management positions — there should be more people who are able to do production work and less management in the teams

Pros

The creatives are unique characters and fun to engage with. Projects with high-profile clients.

Cons

Extremely backwards. No forward thinking initiatives to implement the necessary tools needed in order to fully flourish and promote profitability. Administrative leadership is sorely lacking, lazy, and old. It's difficult for a young person to be inspired by curmudgeon and uninspiring management. Office is headquartered in Baltimore so don't expect to be recognized for excellent work or think you're absolved from layoffs during uncertain economic times if you're located in another office. Severely underpays across the board for all employees under the the AVP level. Constantly changing processes and job responsibilities without a clear plan. It seems as if executive level management is throwing everything against a wall and seeing what sticks.
