A lot of experience in a very short amount of time. Great for someone fresh out of school. You will work on a lot of small projects and gain experience very quickly. You will move up quickly within your own team.

Cons

Get stuck on specific project types. Poor Management, Most of the work shifted to designers/ sr designers, Absentee Management, Heavy blame-shifting, toxic culture, Incredibly hard to move up, Favoritism
