We have six corporate titles to support our internal structure and our people's growth and career development through the years. Advancement is linked to contributions and participation, and taking on larger responsibilities within the teams and with the clients. At times, we may feel that we are not moving fast enough in the corporate ladder, so take time to discuss your track with our manager to understand what is required and map your path forward. To advance, the size of the team may need to grow or a vacancy created, our professional contributions may need to create greater impact or grow in scope, and our role may have to carry increased responsibility. This takes time and mutual investment. Understanding your career track is unique to you, so share your thoughts, ask questions, and partner with your manager to understand your professional roadmap within the firm.
