Deadlines, Hours, hard to switch teams, they didn't pay out my vacation when I left

If you want stable but just okay paycheck then go

very stable company for graphic designer not too crazily busy it's architecture company, so you don't have to do anything important

Cons

people undervalue you because your job is not as important as others like interior designer or architects, and they don't really appreciate your work you get to do a wide range of different works including printing to motion graphic(if you can) also you don't get to have an opportunity for design skill growth
