AI company is great. Location wise very accessible, I got to travel to alot of countries, and people are great. My bosses are fantastics, very international feel.

Cons

The only part which irked me is that the politics and the constant need to reorg. Not ideal, and not precise, always changing and making people unease. Left not due to these issues, it's a great company, great opportunity, but just different aspiration, altogether. Go and try it.

This company is not so good to non-chinese, non-chinese think twice before you join. The culture here's so bad i.e they give mid-year reaviews after 3/4 th years is done and expect us to follow the feedback lol.
