This company is incredibly unreliable, frequently shifting expectations and making promises they never fulfill. Some managers lack even basic management skills, relying on intimidation and bullying to keep control. Don’t expect to earn commissions—they often find ways to reduce or withhold them. Salaries are far below market standards, yet they continue to demand more without offering additional pay. With a hiring freeze in place, current employees are left to juggle workloads meant for multiple people, with no financial recognition for their increased responsibilities.
They’ll agree to a pay raise when your role changes, but when it’s time to deliver, it never happens. Instead, they expect you to handle significantly more work without the promised compensation. When you voice frustration, they just say they’ll “look into it”—but even after a year, you’re met with more empty promises.
