New President is making an impact. Employees at all levels are inspired to make decisions to facilitate personal growth, which is rare in most organizations. Focus is finding new leaders at all levels to help with future growth. In my local area, we've now had 4 people leave the company and come back after just a few years. That alone should tell you something!

Pay. Some facilities / offices need updating.

Brenntag is one of the few companies that still offer a pension which is great.

Cons

Lack of leadership involvement with staff. Lack of professional development opportunities for all employees. Human Resources is severely lacking involvement with staff. Lack of any positive reinforcement methods.
