Pros

Colleagues (except the team leads), office environment

Cons

Unqualified and limited management who do not care about your performing skills but judging you by their own shortcomings, which makes you feel bad. Always putting pressure regarding KPI‘s, overtime is expected but not paid and if you are a minute late because the public transportation is striking or the elevators in the building are broken, and you are not able to attend the office on time, they’d never be generous or understanding with you and most likely kick you out! Be careful with that company. Nobody is caring about you not even the team leads.
