      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Young workforce and environment. Great benefits. Snacks are free. Great amount of emphasis on training and education.

      Cons

      The job training is way too easy. You almost feel as if you are overqualified for the position. Challenges would be nice.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for new grades to learn in Bloomberg. Start-up environment & fast development cycle. Specially useful for new grades.

      Cons

      There are few bad parts as well. Location being one of them. Good for early stage of life, but it is hard for a family life while working in NY city. A bit time goes for commute. In general, work-life balance is an issue.

      Pros

      Free food, summer company party. Feels like a college environment, very young and youthful. Very cool building, lots of opportunity for growth and additional training.

      Cons

      There is a very linear career trajectory. In order to get to sales you MUST complete a year in analytics (glorified customer service)
