      Pros

      Nice and helpful colleagues and a good working environment. Interesting projects with potential for innovation. Excellent canteen and coffee supply.

      Cons

      Even though there are topics with a high potential for innovation the slow management and the bureaucracy is a big hindrance and therefore is it almost impossible to accomplish something in a decent amount of time.
