Pros
Great products, great culture. Though it´s a complex environment and challenging sometimes to manage the complexity (main reason mostly constantly growing business) it´s a lot of fun to be part of this network organization. You get in touch with so many different departments, tasks, cross functional projects that you constantly extend your personal horizon - if you like to do this. It´s also very easy and supported to change roles frequently as long as you are curious, open minded and willing to learn quickly.
Cons
Parts of the company are still very "German", sometimes language is a barrier; the organization is getting better but still struggles some times with the integration of international sites and people
